823 Kuya Ronnie Celebrates with Kokkyo Naki Kodomotachi

Written by Core Team Leader, Richard Yatar
It was a fun-filled day as Mr. Ronnie Corpuz celebrated his birthday with the kids of KNK Children without Borders Phils., Inc. In spite of the busy schedule of Corpuz family, they still managed to travel to visit the children because for them, helping is enormous to the family and community.
The event was participated by 25 energetic and very engaging kids who didn’t just participated with games but also showcased their dancing skills. It was their own little ways of saying thank you to our ates and kuyas. Aside from the usual games that we were doing, we had ventriloquist to start the program and it was followed by our magician. The room was filled with amusement as the magician presented his tricks and magic.
They were divided by four (4) groups: The Warriors, Cute Cute, Ganda ni Gillac and The Guardians. Our Ates and Kuyas divided themselves as well to make sure that every group had an ate and kuya.
It was just so amazing to think that these people believe that helping goes beyond giving money and goods. We all know that it is always better and awesome to see people set aside their personal plans and instead, devote their time and effort just to make someone happy.
