The first Caravan was 4 schools. This time we got to visit the last two- Jose Rizal Elementary School in Tayuman, Manila and Pinyahan Elementary School in Quezon City. It was a bit harder as the schools were far apart. We gave these two schools the most books as well.
Jose Rizal Elementary School was our beneficiary for Paint My Future. That was last done last May 2012 with 100 kids and over 100 volunteers. Check out the album especially the murals we created for the school. Pinyahan Elementary School on the other hand was an event last August 2012. Singularity sponsored an advanced interactive computer literacy program and donated brand new computers to the school.
As you can see in the photos the kids couldn’t wait to get their hands on the books. We hope we get to do more donation programs like this in the future. Thank you once again Groiler! 🙂
