Ayala Land’s Amorsolo Group recently experienced blessings and they remembered to give back as well. “Sometimes it doesn’t take a special occasion for us to reach out”, says Kuya Harvard. Ate Sharon headed the organizing on their end. We were impressed on how dedicated they were in making it an event to remember.
Check out early photos. They even met as a group to put the donations they received together. Instead of blessing only the ones they invited for the actual event, they also chose to bless the entire hospital as well. After the event, their group did rounds in almost all rooms to give out loot bags.
Because of the bad weather that day, only 10 out of 30 cancer kids made it. Ate Angie then invited 5 more from within the hospital. Despite only half attending, the event had a full presence of love, hope and joy. The volunteers from Amorsolo were fired up and was very kid friendly. It was like a room full of young kids and “old” kids.
Their group sponsored artist like face paint, balloon twisting, magic show, puppet show and photo booth. They also generously provided food for everyone who took part in their event.
