Our group looked into the importance of encouraging each key core team member of U! Happy Events by having its first Mid Year Planning since inception in 2006. “The group has grown its team in the past year and this 2012, and we sought on aligning each one on our plans for the remainder of the year,” says chair, Kuya Harvard.
Ate Jo-e co-organized the planning as she discussed event roles and tapping new markets for sponsorship, individual donors and even partners. Kuya Harvard focused on the year that was, plans for 2012, financial status and the upcoming Kids Olympic event.
We also took time to induct the newest board members, Kuya Benj and Kuya Matthew.
