While some children are writing to Santa Claus requesting for fancy toys this Christmas, thousands of Filipino kids cannot even afford to play with the simplest of toys. Recognizing this need, Pilipinas Shell shared the joy of the Christmas season to these kids through a Christmas Caravan.
“Along with other basic needs such as access to proper nutrition, education and a safe home to live in, playing is a vital element in the development of children. It is not a privilege that needs to be granted, it’s a right that has to be respected. We want to reach out to Filipino children and give them the gift of play this Christmas,” said Bong Fadullon, Pilipinas Shell GM for Retail.
