61 Noche Buena with Quirino Memorial Medical Center

Written by Kuya Harvard

First we tried to have a Christmas Eve event. Then took a bold and exciting step. It happened! The team’s desire to make Christmas brighter for 150 Kids and their families was realized last December 24 2pm at Quirino Memorial Medical Center.

The response was overwhelming. 20 partner volunteers came despite the fact that it was a day before Christmas! 🙂 We were able to bring joy through a short program of eating, games, magic show, testimony and gift giving. The team were able to distribute noche buena ham, cheese and stuff toys for all 150 of them. Thanks to Ate Gerene & Ate Arlene as one of the major sponsors.

“We were able to give smiles. But we are also thankful for giving us the opportunity to help and get smiles as well”, says Kuya Harvard. Thank U! for all those who went and took time to give and learn. Merry Christmas was felt indeed! 🙂
