Fifty years ago, NAMFREL-Organizer and Chairman Jose ‘Joecon” Concepcion, together with past Senator “Butch” Aquino, past MMDA Gen Mgr. Judge Oca Inocentes, Philanthropist Angelo King and four others founded in February 1, 1961, the legendary JCI QC Capitol (Capitol) Jaycees and charted its way in JCI history books as one of the most successful and respected chapters of the world.
