U! Happy Events’ board members and core leaders had its bi-annual meeting and planning last January 2, 2013. It was a fruitful and energizing session that included Kuya Harvard (Chairman of the Board) giving us all a report of the highlights and lowlights of 2012. Lowlights included things our group can still improve on this year. New set of officers has also been elected. The leaders were able to catch up on each other over good Japanese food by Nomama, a restaurant by Chef Him Uy de Baron, brother of Kuya Harvard. You have to check it out!
We’re excited for 2013! We’re looking forward to more partnerships that would give volunteers more opportunities to share their time, talents, and treasures.
