Two weeks ago, The Soshal Network, with the help of U! Happy Events and Project Pearls, held its Arts for Kids Day at Museo Pambata. Our beneficiaries were the kids from Brgy. Ulingan. Brgy. Ulingan is a barangay in Tondo, Manila. Ulingan kasi literally dun ginagawa ang uling.
